If You've Already Ordered Or Were Charged Unexpectedly

Practical steps based on the complaint patterns we found.

1

Gather your documentation first

Save your order confirmation email, any charge descriptions on your bank or card statement, and screenshots of the site you ordered from before anything changes or disappears.

2

Contact the seller through every channel listed

Reviewers reported mixed luck with phone support; email or an on-site contact form may get a faster response. Keep records of every message you send.

3

If the refund isn't honored, contact your card issuer

If you paid by credit card, you can typically file a dispute (chargeback) directly with your card issuer, especially if you were charged an amount you didn't agree to or a promised refund never arrived. This was the path that worked for at least one reviewer we found.

4

Report the pattern, not just your individual case

Consider filing a report with the FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov) and leaving a factual review on an independent platform like Trustpilot. Individual complaints are how patterns like this one get documented and eventually acted on.

5

Watch for repeat/subscription charges

Several complaints referenced charges beyond the initial advertised price. Check your statement in the following billing cycle to confirm nothing recurring was set up without clear consent.

This is general guidance based on patterns we found in public reviews, not legal or financial advice specific to your situation. If a significant amount of money is involved, consider contacting your state consumer protection office as well.
